The Hurricane Protection Program provides you with a credit for a future stay if the Resort you are in is affected by a wind strength (one or more) of a named hurricane (according to the "US National Weather Service") at any time during your stay. This credit, applicable during a future stay, is allocated to you by Club Med based on the value of the land portion of your vacation for the number of days affected by the hurricane winds. If you were present in a Resort that was hit by hurricane winds, you do not need to contact Club Med for your credit. It will be automatically sent to your home within 4 to 6 weeks after your return. The credit applicable for a future stay must be used within one year from the date of the trip disrupted by the hurricane, in any of the following Club Med Resorts: Caravelle, Guadeloupe; Cancun Yucatan and Ixtapa Pacific, Mexico; Sandpiper, Florida; Columbus Isle, Bahamas; Turkoise, Turks & Caicos; and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The credit applicable during a future stay may be subject to date and other restrictions. Airline cancellation or change fees apply. The Hurricane Protection Program is subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
