A sales contract including all the information related to your stay (booking, electronic flight ticket according to destinations, etc.) is sent to you upon resservation. In the event of a change in schedule, a new document will be sent to you. If your booking includes transportation, you must bring this document with you at the airport, and present it at check-in, along with your valid identity documents (passport or identity card depending on the destination) so that the airline can issue your boarding pass.
