Club Med does its best to allow every one, no matter what the disability is, to enjoy Club Med the best way they can.

We would like to however emphaise that we cannot guarantee the access, by your own means, to all activities and infrastructures int eh resort.

The identified activities being non-accessible in those resorts are reported on demand in your travel agency or by phone call.

The customer presenting a disability or a reduced mobility requiring a particular attention, given his/her physical, intellectual state; or his/her age, has to inform Club Med and the airline company with which CLub Med is working, before the booking and for the transport at least 48 hours prior to departure.
